　　Physical constitution identification: 9 constitutions and 44 complex constitutions were identified, including peace constitution, Qi deficiency constitution, Yang deficiency constitution, phlegm-dampness constitution, damp-heat constitution, blood stasis constitution, qi depression constitution and special constitution. The physical type, physical characteristics, morbidity tendency and environmental adaptability of the examiners were obtained.

　　Chinese medicine health management for the elderly: For the elderly over 65 years of age, personal health information was collected through 33 questions, the type of constitution was determined, Chinese medicine constitution identification report and Chinese medicine health program were issued.

　　Chronic disease management: It includes blood pressure records, syndrome differentiation, disease tracking records, self-intervention and conditioning programs for hypertension, type II diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, etc..

　　Children's health management at all ages: the information of children's health and TCM inquiry information were recorded, and TCM health guidance at certain stage was given according to their age.

　　Maternal health management: To evaluate the physical fitness of the people of childbearing age, including five stages: pre-pregnancy, early pregnancy, mid-pregnancy, late pregnancy and post-partum period, and to provide corresponding conditioning reports for the physiological stages of the women.
